CREAMY YOGURT CUPS | |
4 servings size sugar free gelatin, any flavor 3/4 c. boiling water 1/2 c. cold water Ice cubes 8 oz. vanilla lowfat yogurt 1/2 tsp. vanilla (optional) Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Combine cold water with enough ice cubes to measure 1 cup. Add to gelatin. Stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Stir in yogurt and vanilla. Chill until set, about 30 minutes. 5 servings. |
