“EASY BAKED PORK CHOPS” IS IN:

EASY BAKED PORK CHOPS 
4 to 6 boneless pork loin chops
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 soup can water
1 envelope onion soup mix (Lipton)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place chops in baking dish. In bowl, combine soups with water. Pour mixture over chops.

Cover with foil and bake for 30-45 minutes, depending on thickness of chops.

Serves 4 to 6.

I use this recipe but instead of water I use milk and it makes it more creamy but I omit the onion mixture. Its really good

I did not rate this because I haven't used this recipe, but I have done something very similar and want to share: 4-6 pork chops in baking dish. Season using your choice of blended seasoned salt, and other dry seasonings. 1 can of cream of mushroom soup; one 8 oz. (1/2 pint) heavy whipping cream (all of it). Blend the soup and whipping cream together until it is a smooth mixture; pour over chops. Bake in oven on 350°F for 1 hour. The soup and cream mixture transforms into a heavenly sauce that is delicious served over rice. Unlike milk or water the whipping cream does not evaporate so quickly and makes a wonderful gravy/sauce. Milk and cream of "anything" soup will burn off before the meat is done. You can also do this with chicken.
