CATE'S CREAMY BAKED POTATO
CASSEROLE
 
4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter, divided
1 (12 oz.) tub dairy sour cream
5 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled, divided
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (Progresso or 4C)
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup chopped green onion, for garnish

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix potato, salt and pepper, cheese, 1/2 stick of butter, soup, dairy sour cream, 1/2 of the crumbled bacon, and Worcestershire sauce.

In a 9x13-inch greased casserole dish, add potato mixture. Mix other half of the butter with the breadcrumbs. Top casserole with additional breadcrumbs and remaining bacon pieces.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes (or 1 hour if frozen).

Serve topped with fresh green onions.
