SAUSAGE BREAD 
Pizza dough
Sweet or hot sausage
1 pkg. Provolone cheese
1 lg. onion
1 pkg. bacon
Garlic salt or powder
Pepper
Salt
1 egg

Cook sausage for 1 hour. Remove skin from sausage break up sausage and flatten. Cook bacon until done. Roll out dough (cut dough in half) and sprinkle garlic (salt or powder), salt and pepper. Put sausage in dough and onions. Roll dough over and put strips of bacon on rolled over dough (length of dough). Roll dough over, put strips of cheese on dough and roll over. Scramble egg and put on top of dough to seal closed. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until brown.
