HOMEMADE POTATO SALAD 
5 large baking potatoes
6 boiled eggs
1 green bell pepper
1/2 medium size sweet onion
1 small jar pimentos
2/3 cup dill pickle relish
1 tbsp. yellow mustard
1 cup mayonnaise (approx)
1/2 cup white vinegar

Cut and peel potatoes, boil until completely done. Boil 6 large eggs. while boiling, dice onions and bell pepper into small pieces. Add pimentos and pickle relish. When potatoes are done, mash completely and add veggies. Mash up eggs with fork, and add. Finish with mayo, mustard, and vinegar. Stir completely and serve, or chill first. Even better second day.
