CORNY CORN BREAD 
1 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. pancake flour
2/3 c. milk
1 c. fresh corn
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. sharp cheese (grated)

Mix all dry ingredients together. Add milk. Beat egg and mix well with batter. Drop in corn and cheese. Place in heavily oiled baking pan and bake at 450 degrees until firm.
