EDITH'S FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
6 tbsp. water or fruit juice

Soften and dissolve. 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. maraschino cherry juice

Add to above. 1 c. heavy cream, stiffly beaten 1 lg. banana, cut in slices 1 1/2 c. cube pineapple 1 c. sliced maraschino cherries

Fold into above.

Turn into refrigerator tray or something similar and freeze. Stir once before it becomes firm. Freeze from 4 to 5 hours. Slice and serve on celery.
