FRUIT AND BERRY SALAD 
2 env. Knox unflavored gelatin
1 tsp. Sweet N Low (4 pkg.)
1 c. boiling water
2 1/2 c. cranberry juice cocktail
1 c. sliced peaches or nectarines
1/2 c. blueberries
1/2 c. sliced strawberries (or any fruits)

In large bowl, mix Knox unflavored gelatin with Sweet N Low; add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in cranberry juice. Chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture is the consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Fold in remaining ingredients. Turn into 5 cup mold or bowl; chill until firm. Makes 10 servings. 60 calories per serving.
