FRUIT PIE 
1 1/2 c. apple juice
2 env. Knox unflavored gelatin
2 bananas (sliced)
2-3 c. cut up fruit of your choice
Cool Whip

(Do not use fresh pineapple or kiwi fruit in pie - tropical fruit will not jell.)

Heat 1 1/2 cups apple juice in pan to a slow boil. Dissolve gelatin into apple juice. Layer bottom of Pyrex pie plate with bananas. Pour apple juice mixture into pie plate. Add remaining cut up fruit to fill pie plate. Refrigerate one hour, top with Cool Whip.
