SUMMER FRUIT SALAD 
3 leaves red or green leaf lettuce
1/2 c. non-fat vanilla yogurt
3 lg. ripe strawberries, thinly sliced
3 slices fresh peach
1 slice fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
1 sm. wedge cantaloupe, cubed
1 sm. wedge honeydew melon, cubed
1 sm. wedge watermelon, cubed

Layer the lettuce on a chilled dinner plate. Spoon yogurt into individual custard cup or souffle bowl; place on center or side of plate. Surround with fresh fruits. Makes 2 servings.
