SAUCY SWEET CHICKEN 
2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken
1 (10 oz.) can apricot preserves
1 (8 oz.) Red Russian Salad Dressing
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Arrange chicken in lightly greased baking dish. In bowl combine preserves, salad dressing and soup. Mix well and spoon over chicken.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes (until tender and done). Baste often. Can be served with yellow rice. Also good combination for chicken wings to be served as an appetizer.
