"HOT" CHILI 
2 lb. ground round or ground turkey
2 cans hot Mexican chili beans
1 can tomato paste
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 lg. can whole tomatoes, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 jar chopped jalapeno peppers
2 tbsp. Texas Pete
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sweet basil
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. red pepper

Brown the meat and add all ingredients until thickened, about 30 minutes. Serve in large bowls with mozzarella cheese sprinkle on it and a spoonful of sour cream.
