HOT CHILI SAUCE 
30 lg. tomatoes
6 red hot peppers
1 tbsp. salt
1 pt. vinegar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch dry mustard and paprika
10 med. onions
6 green sweet peppers
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. ginger

Simmer about 3 1/2 hours. Bottle or keep refrigerated.
