VONNIE'S 3 LAYER DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 box instant chocolate pudding (or try lemon for a change)
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Combine flour, butter and sugar. Press into 9"x13" pan for the crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. Mix pudding as directed on box. Refrigerate.

Mix together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spread this mixture onto the crust. Spread pudding on top of the cream cheese. Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top.
