LEMON DESSERT 
BOTTOM LAYER:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. pecans, chopped

NEXT LAYER:

1/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

LAST LAYER:

2 pkgs. instant lemon pudding

Combine flour, butter and pecans; press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Combine confectioners sugar, Cool Whip and cream cheese; spread on cooled, cooked bottom. Next layer 2 packages instant lemon pudding.
