FIRST LAYER:

1 c. flour
1 stick of butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix together and press in botom of 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Soften cheese, mix with sugar blend in Cool Whip, spread over first layer. Very easy.

THIRD LAYER:

2 pkgs. instant lemon pudding
2 1/2 c. milk
3 tsp. lemon juice

Beat and spread over second layer. Then cover with more Cool Whip makes about 20 small servings (very rich).
