TOOTIE'S DESSERT 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1 c. ground nuts
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix like pie dough for crust. Pat in 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

SECOND LAYER:

1 lg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 lg. (12 oz.) container Cool Whip

Beat. spread on crust; refrigerate 1 hour.

THIRD LAYER:

2 boxes any flavor instant pudding (lemon, chocolate, or pistachio)
3 c. milk

Beat, pour onto second layer. Chill 1/2 hour until set. Top with Cool Whip and ground nuts. Chill overnight.
