1 box seasoned croutons
2 lbs. pork sausage
8 eggs & 2 c. milk mixed
2 c. grated cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Line with croutons. Brown pork sausage, (some onions and green peppers). Put over croutons, put cheese over that and then pour egg mixture over layers. Refrigerate overnight. Mix mushroom soup and 1 can milk, pour over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
