BAKED BROCCOLI AND CORN 
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream corn
1 egg, beaten
1 c. herb croutons
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 tbsp. chopped onions
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine melted butter with croutons. Save half the buttered croutons for top of dish. In buttered casserole dish, mix rest of croutons with all other ingredients. Top with remaining croutons and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
