BAKED EGG BRUNCH 
2 c. seasoned croutons
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard
4 slices crisp bacon, crumbled

In the bottom of a greased 13 x 9 inch pan, spread the croutons and cheddar cheese. In a bowl, beat eggs and milk with salt and mustard. Pour over the croutons and cheese. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the top.

Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes. Serve hot. Can be made the night before and baked in the morning.
