BAKED EGGS FOR BRUNCH 
1 doz. eggs (may be beaten the night before)
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar or any yellow cheese (Swiss too)
2 cans mushrooms, drained
1 tsp. onion flakes
1 lb. crumbled prefried ham or bacon

Into beaten eggs, stir cheeses, mushrooms, bacon and onion. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake another 15 minutes or until firm.
