BRUNCH BAKE 
8 slices bread (crusts removed)
2 c. cubed ham
2 c. shredded American cheese
8 slices of bread, crusts removed
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. corn flakes, crushed
1/2 c. butter, melted

Lay 8 slices bread in bottom of 9"x13" pan. Put ham and cheese on top. Then lay 8 more slices bread on top of ham and cheese. Beat eggs, add milk, mustard and salt. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Mix corn flakes and butter and sprinkle over top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
