BRUNCH BAKE 
Ham or Canadian bacon
Velveeta cheese
White bread
2 c. crushed potato chips
1/8 c. soft butter
6 eggs
3 c. milk
Chopped green peppers or green onions

Layer ham or Canadian bacon in a 9x13 1/2 buttered pan - 2 to 3 layers. Next layer sliced Velveeta cheese. Top layer white bread with crusts.

Beat together eggs and milk. Pour over layers. Sprinkle with chopped peppers, onions or your choice of garnish. Soak in refrigerator overnight. Top with potato chips mixed with butter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until set and edges browned. Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
