STRAWBERRY FREEZER JAM 
2 c. crushed fresh strawberries, about 1 1/2 qts.
4 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pouch liquid fruit pectin
2 tbsp. lemon juice

In large bowl combine berries and sugar; mix well. Let stand 10 minutes. In small bowl mix pectin and lemon juice, pour over berries. Stir for 3 minutes. Spoon into containers. Cover; let stand at room temperature for 24 hours. Store in freezer.
