RAISIN SAUCE 
1/4 c. raisins
2 c. water
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar

Combine raisins with water and simmer 5 minutes. In separate bowl mix brown sugar, cornstarch, ginger and vinegar. Add to raisin mixture, stirring over low heat, constantly until thickened.
