RAISIN SAUCE 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. raisins
1 tbsp. butter

Combine dry ingredients. Slowly add water and vinegar. Add raisins, cook on low heat until thickened, about 10 minutes. Add butter.
