POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hashed brown potatoes, thawed
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (8 oz.) carton onion dip
1 can cream of chicken soup
10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Salt & pepper to taste
6 tbsp. butter, melted
3/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Mix first 7 ingredients in large bowl, stirring well. Pour into greased casserole. Mix butter and corn flakes in bowl. Press onto top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Yield: 10 servings, about 585 calories each.
