SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1/2 bushel tomatoes
2 heads garlic
3 lb. onions
4 peppers
8 cans tomato paste
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. salt
2 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. sweet basil

Cook tomatoes and garlic for juice and run through sieve. Grind peppers and onions, cook in 1 pint oil for 30 minutes. Mix with rest of ingredients and cook until thickened.
