TEXAS HOT SAUCE 
3 qt. chopped tomatoes, ripe
2 bell peppers, chopped
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
4 onions, chopped
4 jalapeno peppers
3/4 c. vinegar

Chop everything in the food processor. Bring to a boil and simmer for an hour and a half. Makes approximately 6 pints.
