TEXAS HOT WIENER SAUCE 
1 lb. ground beef
3 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. chili powder
1 qt. boiling water
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer 2 hours, stirring frequently. I mash it up with a potato masher to break ground beef up. Freezes well. (Divide it into small servings; then freeze it; a quick meal.)
