GRANGE GINGERBREAD 
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. molasses
2 big tbsp. Crisco
1 c. hot or cold coffee
3 c. flour
1 heaping tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. ginger
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves

Bake 45 minutes in 375 degree oven. Blueberries may be added. Top with whipped cream or topping.
