WET BURRITOS 
4 super size tortillas
1 lb. ground chuck
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
8 oz. grated cheese
1 tsp. cumin
2 c. refried beans
1/2 head lettuce, torn in bite size pieces
3 tomatoes, cut up
Chopped onion
Sauce

Brown meat with salt, pepper, garlic powder and cumin; drain off fat. Reserve 1 cup meat mixture. On each tortilla spread beans, meat, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Fold over sides of tortilla and roll up. Place in oven proof dish. Pour sauce generously over top. Sprinkle with cheese. Place under boiler until cheese melts or microwave for 3 minutes.

SAUCE:

1 c. meat mixture
2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 beef bouillon cube
1 tsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and simmer 15 minutes. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
