GREEN CHILI BURRITOS 
1 pkg. (2 to 3 lb.) cut up chicken
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can diced green chilis (undrained)
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. cumin
1 to 2 tsp. salt
Flour tortillas
Grated Cheddar cheese
Taco sauce

Remove chicken skins. In large, heavy saucepan put all ingredients. Add water until ingredients are just submerged. Bring to boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken until cool enough to handle. Debone and cut chicken into 1 inch chunks. Return to sauce.

Heat flour tortillas on ungreased skillet. Add 2 tablespoon green chili filling, grated cheese and taco sauce. Roll up burrito style. Makes 2 to 3 dozen.
