GREEN CHILI BURRITOS 
1 can (12 oz.) Dinty Moore roast beef
1 can (4 oz.) green chilies, diced
1 can (10 oz.) green enchilada sauce
2 c. Longhorn cheese, grated
Flour burrito shells

Combine roast beef, green chilies and enchilada sauce. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Warm burrito shells in microwave to soften.

Add approximately 1 cup of meat mixture to shells, sprinkle with cheese and roll up. Makes approximately 6 burritos.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
