GREEN CHILI BURRITOS 
2 lbs. ground pork or beef
2 jalapeno peppers
1 can green chiles, chopped
1 can whole tomatoes
Minced garlic or garlic salt to taste
Oregano to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
4-6 tbsp. flour
Flour tortillas
1 can refried beans
Sour cream
grated cheese
Chopped tomatoes
Lettuce

Brown meat; drain off fat. Return meat to large cooking kettle. Cover meat with water about 1 inch over top of meat. Chop peppers and put in. Add green chiles. Chop whole tomatoes and put in. Add spices to taste. Add flour to thicken (should have soupy consistency).

Let simmer 10-15 minutes. When fixing tortillas, layer refried beans, cheese, green chile, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and then roll up. Spoon more green chile sauce over top and enjoy!
