GREEN CHILI BURRITOS 
Stewing beef, seasoning
Onion
Cheese
1 can tomato sauce
1 med. can of diced green Ortega chilies
2-3 tsp. diced jalapenos
Beans
Burrito size tortillas

Dice stew meat any size, brown with onions. Add tomato sauce, green chilies, jalapenos and water almost to the top. Season. Simmer 20 minutes. Warm tortillas until soft, not crispy. Put beans, sauce, cheese, fold burrito, style top with additional meat sauce and cheese.
