ITALIAN HAM PIE 
3 lb. Ricotta cheese
2 sticks pepperoni, sliced
1 lb. ham, cut in small pieces
1 lb. hard salami, cut in small pieces
1 doz. eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
parsley
1 c. grated cheese
pepper

Mix all ingredients together and fill pie crusts (top and bottom crust).

Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Makes 6 to 8 pies.
