SEA LEGS CASSEROLE SUPREME 
8 oz. pkg. vermicelli noodles
6 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. half and half cream
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. sherry
1/4 lb. mushrooms, quartered
2 green onions, chopped
12 oz. imitation crabmeat
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
White pepper to taste

Cook noodles according to package and set aside. In large saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons butter. Add flour and blend well. Gradually add broth and cream, stirring constantly until sauce thickens. Add Swiss cheese, sherry and pepper; blend well. In a small skillet, melt remaining butter. Saute mushrooms and green onions for 2 to 3 minutes. Add to the cheese sauce and remove from heat. Add crabmeat (sea legs) and noodles; blend well. Transfer to a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Broil 6 to 8 minutes until lightly browned. Makes 6 servings.
