GRANDMAMA'S SQUASH SUPREME
CASSEROLE
 
2 (1 lb.) squash
1 (2 oz.) pimento
2 tbsp. onion
2 carrots
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
1 stick butter

Combine vegetables. Blend soup and sour cream and stir in. Toss together stuffing and butter. Pour 1/2 stuffing in baking dish, then squash and sour cream. Top with balance of stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees.
