EASY 90 MINUTE DINNER ROLLS 
2 to 2 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. active dry yeast or 1 tbsp. bulk active dry yeast
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. butter

In large mixer bowl, mix 3/4 cup flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast.

Heat milk, water and butter until liquids are very warm (120 to 130 degrees). butter need not melt. Gradually add to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed of mixer. Add 1/4 cup flour. Beat at high speed 2 minutes. Stir in enough additional flour to make soft dough, on floured board knead 2 to 3 minutes until smooth. Divide dough into 12 equal pieces. Shape into balls. Arrange in greased pan (8 inch). Let rise in warm place until double about 30 minutes. Bake in 375 degree oven 20 to 25 minutes or until golden all over. Remove from pan and cool slightly before serving.
