P.S. FAST - DINNER ROLLS 
1 tbsp. active dry yeast (1 pkg. or 1 cake)
1/2 c. warm water

Soften yeast in water about 5 minutes, until frothy.

1/2 c. milk, scalded
1/4 c. oil
1 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. sea salt
1 egg, well beaten
2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour

Pour milk over - oil, honey, salt in bowl. Cool to lukewarm. Add yeast (softened) and mix well. Blend in egg; add flour and mix until well blended. Place in greased bowl, turning once to grease surface.

Cover and store in refrigerator at least 2 hours. Shape dough (buns, circles, braids, rosettes, etc.). Let rise in warm place until light about 1 1/2 hours. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
