Saute in oil:

1 clove garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped

Brown kielbasa. Drain 1 large can sauerkraut. Add to kielbasa and onion mixture. Add:

1 pt. apple juice
1 bottle beer
1 Granny Smith apple, peeled & diced
Caraway seeds to taste

Cook together until apple is cooked.
