1 can apricot nectar
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. chicken

Arrange chicken in baking dish. Mix apricot nectar and onion soup mix together and pour over the chicken. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven until tender, basting occasionally. Serve with rice.
