2 chickens, cut up
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 sm. jar apricot preserves
1 sm. jar Wishbone Russian dressing

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, except chicken. Dip and roll each piece of chicken into mixture. Lay chicken in a pan and cover with remaining mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
