FAST & EASY FRUIT CRISP 
6 to 8 c. sliced fruit

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. granola
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. oil
Optional: 2 tbsp. tapioca

Grease a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Place sliced fruit on bottom. If berries or frozen fruit is used then sprinkle 2 tablespoons tapioca on top. Mix topping until crumbly and place on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
