MIXED FRUIT CRISP 
6 Graham Crackers
12 dried Apricots, chopped
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. raisins
3 or 4 Granny Smith Apples, peeled and sliced
4 firm Bosco Pears, peeled and sliced

Crush 4 grahams, combine with chopped apricots, 1/3 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and 1/2 cup raisins. Add sliced fruits. Spoon into 9 inch baking dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. unsalted butter cold and cut in 8 pieces
2 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt

Crush remaining 2 graham crackers, add 1 cup flour, brown sugar, cut in butter, add vanilla and salt. Spoon topping over fruit. Bake until top is crisp, approximately one hour. Serve warm with sour cream, ice cream or whipped cream.
