POTATO FILLING 
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. milk
4 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. marjoram leaves
2 tbsp. parsley
2 c. mashed potatoes
1/4 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. butter

Beat eggs together with milk. Pour over bread crumbs. Saute celery and onions in butter. Add to bread and mix. Add potatoes and spices or parsley. Mix together. Put in buttered casserole. Pour chicken broth on top of filling. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. If you wish to brown it, uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
