BANANA BLUEBERRY BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 1/3 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. oil
4 eggs slightly beaten
2 c. bananas mashed
2 c. blueberries

Combine dry ingredients. Stir in oats. Add oil, eggs, bananas, berries stirring until just mixed. Pour batter into 2 greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Refrigerate cooled bread before slicing.
