BLUEBERRY ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 c. flour
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking powder

Sift above together.

1 tbsp. lemon peel
2 c. unpeeled zucchini, grated
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
1 c. blueberries

Mix together. Transfer batter to two greased loaf pans and spread evenly.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
