CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER FOLDOVERS | |
1 c. butter, soft 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 2 1/2 c. flour 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces 3/4 c. creamy peanut butter 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1/2 c. chopped peanuts Combine butter, cream cheese and flour. Blend well on medium. Divide and shape in two balls. Wrap in plastic and chill. Melt chocolate in double boiler over hot, not boiling, water. Blend in peanut butter. Remove from heat., add sugar and peanuts. On floured board, roll one ball of chilled dough to 12x12 inch square. Cut into 2 inch squares. Repeat with 2nd ball. Spread 2 teaspoons filling onto 2 inch pieces and fold diagonally and pinch to seal. Cook on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees 15 to 18 minutes. Cool on wire rack. |
